CREATIVE WELLNESS SERVICES

Life Coaching/Personal Coaching

Are you overwhelmed? Does day to day life leave you uninspired? Does your mind run rampant? Do you seek clarity in your goals?

Life Coaching teaches personal empowerment. At Creative Wellness we divide life areas into the following categories: marriage/relationship, friends/fun, school/education, health/wellness, work/finances, and religion/spirituality. We understand the need for clarity so we choose one or two areas and focus our attention there.

Once the focus is established we will determine the goal and plan the actions steps required to obtain the goal. All success plans are customized to each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle so that the client feels confident the goals are attainable and the steps realistic. We encourage clients to use the power of awareness, acceptance, and gratitude for greater success. All sessions are mindful and intentions are set each time. Quantum physics teaches us that our thoughts create our physical reality. Creative Wellness believes in the power of thought and teaches how to use your mind to achieve any goal or dream you desire.
$75 a session
Discounts may be applied for 6 or more sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

Meditation

Meditation is quieting the mind and turning one’s attention inward. The definition and various forms of meditation can become quite complex and overwhelming. Creative Wellness prefers to simplify the practice by explaining the importance of the practice, why it works, and then introducing various mind skills.

Meditation creates peace within your body, mind, and spirit. The simple practice of becoming quiet allows the rest of the world and all the worries to dissipate. This allows peace within and creates a sense of calm and of awareness. This relaxation is regenerating and healing.

During awake and alert periods our brain waves operate largely at what is referred to as Beta brain wave frequencies. This is the objective or outer conscious world of our primary senses. Here we have time and space constraints. During meditation our brain frequencies slow to Alpha or Theta brain wave frequencies. This is the subjective dimension or inner conscious level where there is no time or space. This is the connection to the spiritual world. Meditating at the alpha level allows freedom to create, develop intuition, heal, find solutions to problems, achieve goals, and much more.

Meditation may be practiced a variety of ways. One can use music or affirmations. It may include mantras, mudras, yantras, or mandalas or even candles or aromas. Sometimes just being still and hearing the silence within the chaos is appropriate. Yoga is even meditation. Meditation may be done anywhere, anyway and by anyone at anytime. Creative Wellness prefers to incorporate any type of mind training when referring to meditation. This may include affirmations, visual boards, visualization skills, and anything else the mind can ponder.

Personal Fitness Trainer

Obesity rates are so sky high that it may now be considered an epidemic! Children are developing type2 diabetes because they are overweight and don’t spend enough time moving their little bodies. What if this could be reversed? What if disease could be prevented?

Fitness, nutrition, and stress management alter our bodies, minds, and spirits. Exercise creates the feel good neurotransmitter serotonin in the brain. Prozac is fake serotonin. Nutrition is more than dieting and counting calories. The body requires whole foods. Proper nutrition nourishes every cell in the body. Stress damages the immune system. Negative thoughts, even the ones running around in the subconscious damage our daily lives in countless ways. We feel better, look better, and do better when we take care of ourselves. We nourish and enhance our spirits when we treat our bodies with kindness.

Creative Wellness offers the following services to nourish your body, mind and spirit:
  • Fitness: 1 on 1 private instruction in your home, personal exercise programs to suit your unique needs, and body fat composition upon request.
    $65 a session or $300 for 6 sessions with weekly appointments.

  • Nutrition: supplement and holistic nutrition information, detoxification ideas, menu planning, grocery shopping assistance, and recipes available.
    First coaching session $75.

  • Stress Management: time management solutions, stress reduction techniques and goal setting strategies including meditation and visualization.
    $65 a session.
