As your Life Coach Amy is your personal cheerleader that helps you gain clarity and then holds you accountable for taking steps towards your dreams. Life Coaching session are often a journey of self-discovery where you remember who you are and what you want leading you to a happy, fulfilled, and successful life.

Mindfulness is simply the act of paying attention without passing judgment. This could be to your breath, sensations, sounds, etc. Although being mindful may be considered "meditating," it is often easier to define meditation as a formal practice. Amy offers completely secular and neuroscience based sessions where you can explore simple relaxation techniques that you can easily implement into your daily life. A common energy work practice, Reiki uses "Life Force Energy" to support holistic wellness. Energy work is based of Eastern philosophies where there is a belief that the body has meridians and energy centers and that we can alter those to improve our health and our lives. Studying with Mindful Schools of California, Amy teaches their curriculum to children and adolescents. Mindfulness practices have proven to increase the ability to pay attention. It allows the children to gain an understanding of self, an inner knowing. Mindfulness also teaches emotional and self-regulation so children of all ages learn how to make appropriate choices instead of emotional reactive decisions.
